Steps

1. Use the $redmine-cli skill to read the task carefully.
2. Read codebase in current directory to gain a clear understaing of task.
3. Based on clarification and understanding, ask open-ended questions before writing the comment
4. Double-check that you conver all issue requirements, and thay correspond to the stated objective.
5. Using the result of your clarification create a redmine comment on the same task with $design-doc skill.
