Use imperative mood in description ("add feature" not "added feature")

Breaking Changes
Add ! after type/scope or include BREAKING CHANGE: in footer:
feat(api)!: remove deprecated endpoints
BREAKING CHANGE: The /v1/users endpoint has been removed.
