Safety And Privacy
- Oura OAuth tokens stay under ~/.oura-mcp/. Data availability depends on ring generation, membership, and scopes.
- Do not print OAuth tokens, API keys, service-account JSON, local token files, or private user data.
- Prefer connection_status, manifest, doctor, privacy_audit, or dry-run surfaces before any write or live provider call.
- These tools are not medical, legal, financial, or platform-policy advice. Keep user consent explicit.
Example Prompts
- Install and verify Oura MCP for Claude Desktop without exposing secrets.
- Run the manifest, connection status, and privacy audit for Oura MCP.
- Explain what user data Oura MCP can expose and what should remain opt-in.
