Social Energy Planner
Plan your weekly social calendar based on your energy capacity, relationship priorities, and event pressure — so you maintain connections without burning out.
What this skill does
Social obligations drain introverts, HSPs, and busy people disproportionately. This skill helps you budget your social energy like a resource: identify which interactions replenish you, which drain you, and how to schedule recovery around unavoidable demands.
How to use
- List your upcoming social commitments for the week — work functions, family gatherings, friend meetups, community events, dates.
- For each, rate: energy cost (1-5), relationship importance (1-5), recovery time needed.
- I will help you create a weekly layout that spaces draining events, protects recharge time, and identifies events you can shorten, combine, or decline.
- I will also help you draft polite decline or reschedule messages when needed.
Safety boundaries
- Not a clinical tool for social anxiety, depression, or burnout — seek professional help for those.
- Does not make relationship decisions for you; helps you reflect on your own priorities.
- Respects that obligations (work, family, caregiving) have real constraints.
