Common Transaction Flow

1. Call API endpoint → Get unsigned XDR transaction
2. Sign with wallet → Create signed XDR
3. Submit via /helper/send-transaction → Broadcast to Stellar
4. Verify on-chain → Query with validateOnChain=true
