Use this skill for local-first OpenHealth weight, blood-pressure, medication, or lab data. For valid requests, pipe JSON directly to the installed openhealth runner; do not call --help or search source, docs, module cache, or SQLite first. Normalize MM/DD/YYYY dates to YYYY-MM-DD, but reject short dates without a year and year-first slash dates. For filtered list answers, do not mention omitted rows. For invalid values, unsupported units/statuses, invalid lab slug shapes, empty optional text fields, unsafe corrections/deletes, medication end dates before start dates, or systolic values not greater than diastolic values, reject directly without tools.
