功能说明

管理候选人池,记录候选人状态(初筛/面试/offer/拒绝),设置跟进提醒,生成候选人标签库,维护长期人才库。

安全规范

输入限制

  • 文本长度: 最大 20,000 字符
  • 支持格式: JSON、TEXT
  • 超时限制: 60 秒

数据隐私

  • ✅ 使用 OpenClaw 内置大模型(本地推理)
  • ✅ 不发送到第三方服务
  • ✅ 会话结束后自动清除数据
  • ✅ 不保存候选人敏感信息

错误处理

错误代码错误信息处理方式
CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND候选人不存在提示用户检查ID或姓名
INVALID_STATUS状态不合法提示合法状态值
JSON_PARSE_ERROR数据格式错误返回错误信息

注意事项

  1. 自动提醒: 系统会自动生成跟进提醒
  2. 状态流转: 建议按照标准流程流转(初筛→面试→Offer→入职)
  3. 标签管理: 自动根据候选人信息生成标签,便于筛选
  4. 历史记录: 所有操作都会记录在历史中
  5. 隐私保护: 不保存候选人敏感信息(如身份证号)
  6. 长期维护: 人才库中的候选人可长期维护
